- The property must be completely empty before our cleaning team arrives for end of tenancy cleaning. Any remaining items can obstruct the thorough, professional cleaning process.
- If it’s not possible to fully empty the property, please consolidate your belongings in one room or a designated corner to avoid interference with the cleaning.
- The refrigerator must be fully defrosted before our cleaners arrive to ensure proper cleaning.

Do you clean walls and get rid of wall marks?
No, we cannot clean walls and get rid of marks. This is best done prior to our end of tenancy cleaning service commencing.
Do I need to be present during the cleaning?
No, you don’t need to be present. As long as we have access to the property (key, entry code, etc.), we can complete the cleaning while you’re away. We will notify you once the cleaning is done.
What happens if my landlord is not satisfied with the cleaning?
We offer a satisfaction guarantee. If your landlord or letting agent raises any issues within 24-48 hours of the cleaning, we will return to the property and re-clean the areas in question at no extra charge.
What happens if damages are found during the cleaning?
If we discover any damages during the cleaning process, we will notify you immediately. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damages caused by tenants or previous cleaners.
Can you assist with inventory checks at the end of the tenancy?
We can assist with basic inventory checks (cleaning-related), such as noting if any items need replacing (light bulbs, batteries, etc.). However, for formal inventory services, it’s best to use a specialist inventory company.
Do I have to defrost my fridge and freezer in advance of the deep clean?
Please ensure your fridge and/or freezer is defrosted at least 24 hours before the deep cleaning service. This allows our team to thoroughly clean the appliance, as we are unable to clean it while it is still frozen.
Are Kitchen appliances included in the end of tenancy cleaning?
Yes, absolutely! A thorough end of tenancy clean wouldn’t be complete without cleaning the kitchen appliances. As part of our standard service, we clean one of each of the following: oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and washing machine.”
Can you pick up keys from my local estate agents?
Yes, we can collect and return keys from your local estate agent at no extra charge if they are within a 10-minute walk of the property. For distances beyond 10 minutes, a small fee of £10 to £20 will be added to the final bill, depending on the location.
