This ensures we value both your time and that of our cleaners. By accepting our terms and conditions, you agree to the terms of this policy.
Our Cleaning Company maintains a no-refund policy. If a client is dissatisfied with the service provided, we ask that any concerns be reported to us within 24 hours of the service's completion. Upon review and confirmation of the issue, we will promptly address and rectify the problem at no additional cost within 48 hours.
